Inspect on site.
Issue reports that hold.
SafeTrace Field turns what you measured into a numbered, hashed, client-ready report, with every figure checked before you sign. Meth testing, hygiene, asbestos, building, WHS and vehicles. One system, your name on it.
No card to start. Your data stays in Sydney. Cancel in two clicks.
Capture it once.
Defend it for years.
Operators lose disputes on gaps, not on findings. A missing photo, a count that doesn't match the table, a sentence that reads like a guarantee. SafeTrace Field closes those gaps while you're still on site.
A positive meth screen
Two cassettes turn positive in a rental. The register, photos and the lab recommendation are in the report before you leave the driveway.
See the pack →A pre-purchase inspection
Forty observations across roof, sub-floor and wet areas, each rated and photographed, sorted by severity in the recommendations.

Immediate risks go to the top with the interim control you applied on the day. Corrective actions carry an owner and a date.

- 01
Capture
Client, site, scope, exclusions and methodology, pre-filled from the industry pack. Add samples or observations with photos as you go.
- 02
Results
Type the cassette indication, or import the laboratory CSV. Every row is assessed against the pack's cited threshold or rating scale.
- 03
Draft and check
The narrative is drafted from the register, never from thin air. Then the vigilance engine runs: missing results, mismatched counts, out-of-order lab dates, vague wording, guarantee language. Critical findings block issue.
- 04
Issue
Sign. The job locks, the snapshot is hashed, the PDF carries your branding and photo appendix, and the client gets a verification link.
- criticalFindings say 3 positive but the table has 2.
- criticalWording reads as a guarantee: "guarantee".
- warningVague or unquantified wording: "appears fine".
- warningSample 3: no photograph attached.
- infoAbbreviation "IAQ" may not be understood by an agent. Expand it on first use.
2 critical checks open. Fix them and the button unlocks.

Seven trades, and counting.
Each pack carries its own register columns, standards, thresholds, limitations and declaration wording. Switch trade, and the whole report changes with it.

Your trade
Need a pack we don't have?
Packs are data, not code. Most new trades ship in days.
Numbered. Hashed.
Verifiable by anyone.
When a report is issued, SafeTrace Field freezes a snapshot of every field, photo hash and result, and signs it with a SHA-256 fingerprint printed on the PDF. The client, an insurer or a tribunal can open the verification link and see that the document in their hands is the one you issued.
- ✓Versions are kept forever; revisions never overwrite the original

Questions
operators ask us.
Does the AI make up findings?
No. Every sentence starts from the register you filled in. The AI only rewrites for clarity, and any number it introduces that is not in your data is rejected and replaced with the plain-data wording.
Will clients and tribunals accept the reports?
The structure mirrors the reports already used in methamphetamine testing and building inspection practice: scope, methodology, register, assessment against a cited standard, findings, limitations, a signed declaration and a photo appendix. Each issued report is numbered, versioned and hashed so anyone can confirm it has not been altered.
Can I use my own branding and wording?
Yes. Your name, ABN, colour, insurance statement and qualifications print on every PDF. Methodology rows are editable per job, and industry packs can be tailored on the Team and Enterprise plans.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, on infrastructure with daily backups. Photographs are private by default and only served to your signed-in operators or through a report's verification link.
What happens when a job is issued?
The job locks. A snapshot of everything in it is hashed, the report gets a version number, and a verification page is created for the client. If something has to change, you open a revision and issue version two; the original stays on record.
